Anyone who is closely following the latest political trends in Telangana can notice that T Congress is losing the plot with every passing day. Not long ago, they faced the heat for making strong comments on Rythu Bandhu scheme that was implemented by TRS government. They stated that this scheme is nothing more than a trap to attract the voters during the 2019 general elections.
Rythu Bandh scheme provides a financial aid to the farmers who have pucca agricultural lands. As stated, the government will be providing Rs 4000 per acre for every individual farmer in the state. Well, that may not be of massive help, but can come in handy for some sort of agricultural activity like plowing, weed eradication or fertilizers. Congress looked to bash the government on the issue, but it turned out to be a disastrous move.
The latest comments from T Congress chief Uttam Kumar Reddy are sending weird signals to the public. He stated that the main aim of the party is to make Rahul Gandhi the prime minister of the country. These comments pack very little prominence as BJP is the ruling party in 21 states and overthrowing them is a daunting task for the struggling age-old party.
Interestingly, Rahul Gandhi was trolled heavily when he stated that he is ready to take charge as the PM if he gets the chance. Sadly, the Congress leaders have not learned anything from the incident and are still sticking to their point.
