The fuel prices in the country are skyrocketing as the state owned oil-firms in Karnataka took a pre-election break in revising the fuel prices but BJP national president Amit Shah asked everyone not to fear as the Centre is working towards a scheme to bring the situation under control.

Speaking to the media, he said “Petroleum Minister will have an urgent meeting with the officials of the oil companies tomorrow. We are working on a formula to reduce the prices”.

In last nine days, petrol price has risen by Rs 2.24 a litre and diesel by Rs 2.15 and this has created a crisis situation in the country and apparently the government is going to come up with some steps in this week to deal with the rising prices. So better watch out for these steps.
