Vijay Deverakonda took the trade pundits by surprise with his career-biggest blockbuster, Geetha Govindam which went on to collect a share of over 60 crores in its full run.
The star actor’s crowd-pulling capabilities are next to very few heroes in the industry and there are no second thoughts in saying that.
Here comes the big question, is Vijay Deverakonda a better a crowd puller than Nani?
Nani’s career biggest hit, MCA touched the 40 crore share mark and it took him 6-7 years to reach this point. Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda collected 60 crores share with his 3rd movie as the male lead.
Also, Vijay enjoys a special follower base amongst the youth, but Nani does not have a specified fan base. General movie-goers show interest in Nani’s films and fled the theaters if the talk is good. However, VD has emerged as a youth icon and his films are taking stellar openings irrespective of the talk.
As of now, Vijay Deverakonda is a better crowd-puller than Nani. Period.
