It is a known thing that Pawan Kalyan is currently busy with Praja Porata Yatra in the Utthrandhra constituencies. Pawan is looking to build himself an image before the 2019 elections in order to put up a decent fight against YCP and TDP.
The sad truth is that Pawan is failing to shred off that unstable tag even in his Praja Porata Yatra. Well, at least the numbers are suggesting so. Pawan himself said that the Yatra will kickstart in Ichchapuram and will last for a total of 45 days. The yatra was inaugurated on a grand scale with a lot of human and hype from the Janasena leader.
The yatra has already raced past 15-day mark, but Pawan Kalyan was active in the yatra for just 9 days. At first, the party stated that the security personnel of Pawan was injured while controlling the massive turnouts and the yatra will be halted for a few days. Later, Pawan sat on a 1-day Deeksha and that took a leave from the Praja Porata Yatra. This way, Pawan has been finding excuses to halt his Yatra and that is not a great sign for a budding politician.
Janasena leaders have been saying that the tenure of a Deeksha is not important, but the impact it leaves on the people is the only thing that matters. All in all, why is Pawan Kalyan taking so many breaks in his first big-time Deeksha? Only he can answer this question.
