Amit Shah is an integral part of the Bharatiya Janatha Party and he has played a key role in the tremendous success the party has achieved over the past few years. Known for his tactical brilliance, Amit works his way around the toughest of opponents and makes things look so very simple, say many political experts.
However, the worrying aspect for BJP is Amit Shah’s take it easy attitude towards the third front idea that is currently one of the hottest prospects in Indian politics. Political leaders from various states are coming together to form a nation-wide alliance that runs on the core idea opposing the existence of national parties like BJP and Congress. Interestingly, Amit Shah has not looked into the issue right from the beginning.
Speaking at a recent event, Amit Shah said that the third front is a weak idea that does not have any political sustainability. He stated that Chandra Babu is a strong leader in AP, but he will not have any impact when he campaigns in Orissa or any other state, the same applies with other leaders like KCR as well, said Amit Shah. This example speaks for itself and proves the point that third front is a baseless political move, concluded the BJP president.
The reports are claiming that the idea of the third front is spreading like wildfire, gaining momentum with every passing day. It needs to be seen if Amit Shah’ negligence will affect the saffron party in the 2019 elections.
