The second wave of coronavirus is spreading rapidly across the country, with more and more cases being recorded every single day. A lot of states have imposed partial lockdowns, weekend lockdowns, and night curfews to help control the spread of the virus.

Night curfews have been put into effect in Telangana as well, from 9 PM to 5 AM the next morning. Film shootings have been shut down in states like Maharashtra. Now, even the Telugu Film Producers Council has decided that Telugu film shootings will also take place only during emergency situations, with a 50 member crew only, while following all safety precautions against Coronavirus.

On the other hand, earlier today, it was announced that all theatres in Andhra Pradesh would have to function with 50% capacity.
