Salman Khan’s Radeh performed extremely well during the weekend on Zee Plex, despite its poor to mixed response from audiences and critics. The film managed to bring in 4.2 million views on the very first day itself and continues to go strong.
Zee Studios is yet to calculate and announce the profit that it made from the film, but sources say that Zee Studios has indeed made a good amount of profit by releasing Radhe on a pay per view basis. With this tremendous success of Radhe, it is being said that several other big stars of Bollywood are looking at a pay per view basis release.
Considering the current situations, it is safe to say that Bollywood will not be able to release any big-ticket films in theatres any time soon, and there are several big-ticket films that have been waiting to release since last year. It is now to be seen what other Bollywood films will opt for a pay per view release.
