Megastar Chiranjeevi is trying his best to make sure that the Malayalam film Lucifer is successfully adapted to the big screen in Telugu. However, this is turning out to be a rather difficult task for the actor, because no director is able to impress Chiranjeevi with their changes to the original script.

VV Vinayak was almost confirmed to direct the film, but the director’s changes did not impress Chiranjeevi. Following that, the offer went to Harish Shankar. Chiranjeevi reportedly asked Harish to direct the film personally.

However, Harish is said to have declined the offer as he is unable to allocate enough time for the project. He is said to have promised to collaborate with Chiranjeevi very soon, with an original concept.
