Radhe Shyam, starring Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film is slated for release on 30th July.
As per latest reports, UV Creations who are funding the project had spent over Rs 2 crores on the recently released first glimpse of the film.
The construction of railway station set which was used shooting purpose alone costed Rs 1.6 crores. The rest of the costs shot up to around 40 lakhs and the overall budget for the glimpse video is said to be around Rs 2 crores.
The fact that UV Creations spent Rs 2 crores on a very small sequence is turning many heads.
There are rumors that Radhe Shyam is being mounted on a budget in excess of Rs 200 crores and it will be one of the beautifully presented love dramas in Indian cinema.
Coming to Prabhas, he has already started shooting for his upcoming projects, Adipurush and Salaar.
