In an interesting turn of events, Telugu Desam Party which had already lost 4 of its MLAs is set to lose another MLA to the ruling party YSRC very soon.
Very recently, Vizag East MLA Vasupalli Ganesh left the party and he is openly supporting YSRCP now.
As per latest reports, Vizag West MLA, PVGR Naidu(Gana Babu) is set to severe ties with TDP and join in YSRCP.
Gana Babu will be meeting with the chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on October 5th and formally announce his support to YCP.
TDP Vizag MLAs are now interested in moving towards YSRCP after the government announced Vizag will be the executive capital of Andhra Pradesh.
If Gana Babu joins YCP, TDP will have 18 MLAs on its side and losing another MLA would mean that the party will be stripped off the opposition party status in Andhra Pradesh.
