JanaSena chief Pawan Kalyan made a couple of interesting comments while speaking about the alleged Amaravati land scam.
“Yes, investigation must certainly be held and those proven guilty should be punished. But it appears to be that the YCP government is targeting only a few people and making serious allegations on them. They can’t use this issue for their personal gains,” he said.
Pawan Kalyan further added that the government of Andhra Pradesh should request for a CBI investigation on the case rather than including selective names in its investigation list.
Speaking about the central government, Pawan said BJP and central government should be seen as two independent bodies in Amaravati issue. “The central government cannot get involved in the capital shift issue. This cannot be associated with BJP,” he said.
