According to the latest report, CID cases were filed on Narayana and Prathipati Pulla Rao who served as ministers in the TDP government’s tenure.
This case is in regard to the inside trading, which took place prior to announcement of Amaravati as the capital of Andhra Pradesh.
The case was filed on Narayana, Pulla Rao, and 760 other white card holders, who reportedly bought lands in Amaravati before it was announced as the capital of the state.
Apparently, these white card holders paid Rs 3 crores per acre in Amaravati and they might be involved in insider trading.
More details regarding this case will be out once the investigation is done.
