A couple of days ago, the ruling party of Andhra Pradesh YSRC officially announced that the party chief YS Jagan will be campaigning for his party candidate in Tirupati ahead of the forthcoming election. It was announced that Jagan’s mega political tour will take place on 14th April.
However, Jagan’s team has released a new update regarding the meeting.
The latest news is that Jagan has cancelled the mega political tour in Tirupati. He cited the constant spike in Covid cases as the reason behind his cancellation.
Jagan has cancelled the much-awaited meeting just two days after announcing it.
Now that Jagan has cancelled his meeting, YSRCP senior leaders in Tirupati will have to take matters into their own hands and campaign for the party candidate Gurumurthy in the by-election.
