The Indian government is about to open up domestic airways from this Monday, even as several debates are going on about the safety of the same.

On the other hand, there is still no clarity over when international flights will be resumed to and from India.

According to the latest reports, the Ministry of Aviation has said that it is planning to resume at least a few international flights by August.

Judging by the statement, it is going to be a really long time before international airways goes back to the way it was. A few international flights can be expected to start in June, though.

The Indian railways is also hearing up to start running a few trains from general public. The bookings have already opened too.

Airports and railway stations are being equipped to maintain as much safety as possible, when travel resumes.
