Hyderabad protests against Delhi Violence

Delhi has become the center for violence ever since CAA, NPR and NRC were announced, and yesterday was no different. The protests in Delhi became more violent, and 13 people died because of that. In view of this. people started candle-light protests in Hyderabad, in Tolichowki, King Koti, Yakutpura and Seven Tombs road.

These people of Hyderabad also carried placards that asked for the withdrawal of CAA, NPR, and NRC, but the protests in Tank Bund were stopped by the police. A march was supposed to happen on Tank Bund, to condemn the actions of Delhi Police, but Hyderabad Police deployed a large number of police personnel, which made sure that there was no march.

Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar asked everyone to be vigilant, and not to let anyone take advantage of the current situation. He also requested the national media to not telecast disturbing images from Delhi protests.
