Arogya Sri was one of the biggest implementations of late chief minister of United Andhra Pradesh YS Rajasekhar Reddy. This scheme was a huge hit amongst the masses.
Now, YS Jagan is trying to make this scheme even better.
Today, Jagan announced that Arogya Sri scheme will be revamped from April.
“Beneficiaries can use Arogya Sri scheme in 150 super speciality hospitals which are located in other states as well. A total of 2000 diseases and medical problems will be covered under Arogya Sri from now on. Patients who are advised bed rest after a surgery will be getting a monthly pension of Rs 5000 from the state government,” he stated.
This scheme can potentially prove to be the game-changer for YCP government as it can certainly strike a chord with the masses if implemented properly.
