Jagan’s close aide recovers from Covid-19, discharged

Vijayasai Reddy, who is one of the close aides of the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has fully recovered from Covid-19 and has been discharged today.

Vijayasai Reddy was being treated at Apollo hospital, Hyderabad for the past one week and he tested negative for the virus very recently. So, he has been discharged and will remain home quarantined for a couple of weeks.

The senior politician is expected to turn active in politics by the end of August. He has decided to stay away from party activities till then.

Notably, another YCP senior leader Ambati Rambabu had tested positive for Covid-19 a few days back. Even he is said to be making progress and might be discharged soon.

In other news, YCP MLA Thopudurthi Prakash Reddy who recovered from coronavirus very recently is setting a good precedent.

Prakash Reddy donated his plasma which will later be used for Covid-19 treatment a couple of days back.

Plasma donation is the need of the hour now and it is really important that those in power lead by example.
