As promised by YS Jagan prior to the election, the YCP government is implementing partial liquor Ban in Andhra Pradesh. Consequently, the prices of alcoholic drinks were increased and the timings of bars and liquor outlets have been cut short.
The latest we hear is that the YCP government is set to implement an even more stricter liquor ban in Andhra Pradesh very soon.
Apparently, the state government will be permitting the sale of liquor only three days a week. All the bars and liquor outlets should remain closed for the rest of the week and there will be no exemptions.
The YCP government has taken this implementation very seriously and they have succeeded in constricting liquor sales across the state.
