Andhra Pradesh municipal elections are set to be held on 10th March and the ruling party YSRC and TDP have extensively campaigned for the same. However, BJP and Janasena are not so proactive in election campaigning for reasons best known to them.
Interestingly, Janasena fielded their own candidates in many divisions and same is the case with BJP as well.
It appears to be that Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan has decidedly to go all alone in the municipal elections and fielded his party candidates in as many divisions as possible.
Janasena forces have been opining that BJP is overpowering them in Andhra Pradesh and they seem to have taken matters into their own hands now.
While YSRCP is the clear favorite to win the municipal polls, TDP is trying hard to hold its ground in the election. It would take a herculean efforts from Janasena and BJP to put up a respectable performance in the elections.
On a related note, TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has been extensively campaigning for his party candidates in the municipal elections. He has been using provocative comments on YCP chief YS Jagan.
