All the prominent political parties in Andhra Pradesh are gearing up for the forthcoming MPTC and ZPTC elections which are due to be held next month.
TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu has already mentioned that he would be campaigning for the party in the local elections.
Now, the big question is, will Chandrababu trust in his son Nara Lokesh and send him for election campaigning?
Lokesh is known for his tongue slips and howlers while giving political speeches and he is often subject to criticism for the same reason.
However, the MPTC and ZPTC elections are of historic importance for TDP and a debacle here can dent the party’s image even before the next general elections. So, they will have come out all guns blazing.
TDP is already struggling with lack of star campaigners and the party fans are asking Chandrababu to bring in Jr NTR which is close to impossible for obvious reasons. The onus is now on Lokesh to prove himself.
