The forthcoming by-election for Tirupati Lok Sabha constituency is the most talked about topic in Andhra Pradesh now and all the prominent political parties are preparing for the same.
The latest update is that the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh and YSRCP chief YS Jagan has set a huge target for his party troops who are busy with election campaigning.
“I want our party candidate Gurumurthy to win by a majority of well over 5 lakh votes. Anything less than that would mean that the public is not fully satisfied with our governance. So, winning by a majority of 5 lakh votes is a must,” Jagan said to his troops.
YSRCP candidate Gurumurthy is well and truly the favourite to win the election but a majority of over 5 lakh votes is not an easy task by any means.
Jagan has taken Tirupati by-election very seriously and he wants his party to put the best foot forward in the same.
